Commercial Pilot Program

Program Description


The Commercial Pilot Program is intended for the career-oriented pilot. Holding the commercial rating will allow you to fly for compensation or hire. You must carry a private pilot rating before beginning the commercial pilot program. The FAA standards of pilot knowledge and flight experience are much higher for a Commercial Pilot's license.


ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Be able to read, speak, write, and understand the English language

  • Hold at least a private pilot certificate

  • Hold a current FAA medical certificate

  • Minimum of 18 years old


MINIMUM FLIGHT REQUIREMENTS


Skybound Helicopters is a Part 61 Program. The minimum flight time requirement to obtain a Commercial Pilot License under FAA Part 61 is 150 hours of flight time.
